Do they make good guardians? Breeder Caveat: Cabeza Grande Kennels does not agree with the above statement that "most Dogo Canario (Presa Canario) can successfully become personal protection dogs." It has been our experience that a very low number can achieve this and if this is what you are interested in, please find an experienced breeder who is working towards similar goals and be specific about what you want in a dog.
